2025 NSSA Summer Program Schedule (K-6)


NSSA Program Descriptions

Time: 

Instructional programming runs from 9:00am-11:45am. Half day only

  • We offer FREE early drop off / late pick up from 8am-915am - 11:45 to 12:15pm.
  • Advanced players can stay after 3pm and assist with coaching younger kids for volunteer / community service hours.
  • Advanced players can stay for lunch. Must place pizza order in the morning

 

Program: This program is deigned to prepare athletes for High School and Middle School Sports. It is a half day  (2.5 hours per day) only as it included high intensity training. Players will look not only build their skill, but improve their overall fitness and conditioning. Tactical concepts will be built into the program as well.

Cost: $120 per week, and/or $35 per day

Registration:  Register online in advance online (preferred), or walk-in and register and pay at check-in on any day.

Payment: Pay online when you register  or defer payment until day 1 of each week by choosing the pay by check option at the check out window.

Paying by Check: The NSSA registration cannot calculate day rates, 1/2 day rates, extended care, or other unique rates.If you are looking to pro-rate your order, you must register online and use the "pay by check method". NSSA staff will collect your payment at check-in to ensure payment is accurate. You can uss this same method of payment if you simple prefer to pay with cash or check.

YOUTH SUMMER CLINIC INFORMATION (GRADES K-6)

Advanced Programs (Grades 6–9)

Soccer Ready 1 & Soccer Ready 2

An advanced soccer training environment designed to prepare athletes for middle school, club, and high school soccer. Sessions focus on technical development, tactical understanding, movement off the ball, finishing, defending principles, conditioning, and competitive game play.

HS Soccer Prep

A high-level preseason preparation program designed for athletes preparing for middle school and high school soccer tryouts. Focus areas include conditioning, speed of play, tactical concepts, fitness, technical repetition, and competitive training.

Football Ready

An advanced football development program focused on speed, agility, footwork, conditioning, route running, defensive movement, reaction skills, and football-specific athletic performance.

Basketball Ready

A higher-level basketball training environment emphasizing shooting under pressure, ball handling, spacing, defensive concepts, conditioning, footwork, and game-speed decision-making.

Lacrosse Ready

An advanced lacrosse development program focusing on stick handling, passing, shooting, movement, spacing, conditioning, and game concepts in preparation for school and club competition.

Field Hockey Ready

A competitive field hockey training program emphasizing stick skills, passing, receiving, shooting, movement patterns, defensive concepts, conditioning, and game preparation.

Mountain Biking 1 & Mountain Biking 2

Outdoor biking sessions focused on trail riding, endurance, confidence, bike handling skills, teamwork, conditioning, and outdoor adventure.

Runners World

A conditioning and endurance-focused program centered around running mechanics, pacing, stamina, cardio fitness, interval training, and overall athletic performance.

Quick Feet & Dodgeball

A fast-paced athletic movement program combining agility, reaction training, coordination, competitive movement games, and dodgeball-based athletic challenges.

Ultimate Golf (Advanced Division)

An advanced golf-inspired recreational program combining golf, soccer golf, and disc golf while focusing on coordination, strategy, competition, movement, and skill development.

Program Format

  • 4-Day Programs (Monday–Thursday)

Older Division (COED Grades 6–9)

  • Program Time: 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM
  • Cost: $125 per athlete
  • Day Rate: $35 per day 

NSSA Step System

STEP 1: FUNDAMENTAL DEVELOPMENT (Grades K-3)

STEP 1 programs are designed for players grades K-3 and focus on developing proper fundamental and introducing to sport specific skills. Step 1 clinics are designed around having fun and sharing our love and passion for the sport through modified games that engage all participants while introducing age appropriate skills.

STEP 2: COMPETITIVE PLAY (Grades 4-5)

STEP 2 programs are built around competitive play with a focus on skill development. Players will engage in variety of skill challenges, competitive games and team games. 

STEP 3:
PROFICIENCY TRAINING (Grades 6-7-8-9)

STEP 3 Programs are content specific and our designed to focus on different aspects of the sport. These clinics are high intensity, with a strong physical demand, limited breaks, thus are only half day programs.
