OUR MISSION

The mission of the St. Charles Basketball Organization is to provide a positive basketball experience for children proportional with their ability level, and to foster a desire and passion for the game of basketball. 

OUR GOALS
• Provide positive opportunities to improve individual and team basketball skills.

• Monitor the level of parent and player conduct towards opposing parents, players, referees and coaches.

• Improve the quality of coaching including: knowledge of the game, teach and foster with sportsmanship, inspire leadership and partnership.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with schools through continued dialogue with principals, coaches, athletic directors and administrators.

• Continued improvement of team quality and Organization image within the community and Chicagoland area at large.

• Create an environment of community where children will compete on the court, but remain friends off the court.

• Team selection will be based upon the guidelines of each program, without preference to attendance to a particular school (except at the Bitty level).

• Board of Directors will consist of members that represent a cross section of the community.
