Medical refunds will be given on a prorated basis, less $25 administrative fee, with submission of a doctor’s note.
A prorated refund of the registration fee, less $25.00 administrative processing fee, will be given to anyone moving out of the area.
BITTY AND IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS ----->
NO refunds will be given after September 15th for fall session (Bitty/In-House Girls and In-House 5th and 6th grade boys) or December 15th for winter session (Bitty Boys and In-House 7th and 8th grade boys). Prior to these dates, a refund of the registration fee (less $25 administrative fee) will be processed.
TRAVEL PROGRAM ---->
Registration fee for our travel program is $550. You will be live charged $235 at checkout for tryout registration. The remaining balance of $315 will be due if your player makes a team. Total travel fees of $550 are due by September 1st if your player makes a team. NO refunds will be given after this date.
For players attending travel tryouts, but are not placed on a team: In order to be eligible for a refund of your $235 travel deposit (less $25 administrative fee), STORM must be notified by September 15th (for Bitty/In-House Girls and In-House 5th and 6th Boys) or December 15th (for Bitty Boys and In-House 7th and 8th Boys) of your intent not to play Bitty or In-House programs. NO refunds of the $235 travel deposit will be given after these dates.
If your player is selected for a travel team and opts not to participate, STORM must be notified within 48 hours of team postings to be eligible for a refund of your $235 travel deposit (less $25 administrative fee).
SPRING TRAVEL PROGRAM ---->
Girls - Registration fee for our Girls Spring Travel program is $265 and due by March 1st. To be eligible for a refund (less $25 administrative fee), STORM must be notified by March 1st if you child elects not to participate in our spring program.
Boys - Registration fee for our Boys Spring Travel program is $325 and due by April 1st. To be eligible for a refund (less $25 administrative fee), STORM must be notified by April 1st if you child elects not to participate in our spring program.
