Fall 2022 DTQ Little League
For the Fall Season, there is a $100 volunteer fee each player/family that registers. A refund check will be issued for the volunteer fee once a player or family member has completed the minimum of 4 hours of volunteering (i.e. concessions, field maintenance, etc.). Managers (Head Coach) and Assistant Coach will have the option to sign up during registration to waive the volunteer fee. Please note, Managers and Assistant Coaches must be approved by the Board of Directors, if you are not selected you will be sent an invoice for payment of the volunteer fee. Volunteer fees are charged up front during the registration process and can be refunded with 4 hours of volunteer service that are verified and completed. Correspondence regarding volunteer opportunities will be forthcoming via email and posted signup links.
Before you register you must verify DTQLL boundaries and league age:
- Verify your player resides or attends school in the DTQLL boundaries the Little League® League Finder tool quickly and easily identifies whether a residence or school address is located within the boundaries . Click here to access.
- Your player’s league age is determined by the Little League Baseball®, see Age Charts. The Age Determination Date for a Little League Baseball player is the actual age of a child on August 31 of the current year.
- YOU DO NOT NEED TO UPLOAD ANY DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION. Parents/Guardians for first time DTQ players are required to bring a copy of the player's birth record and a document (i.e. utility bill) with proof of residency within the league's boundaries.

Cancelation Policy Fall 2022
All cancelation requests must be in writing/email (
[email protected]) to the league requesting a refund and stating the reason for the player resigning from the season.
- Prior to 08/01/2022, refunds are available with no penalty.
- IF a refund is requested after 08/02/2022, a refund will be processed minus an administrative fee of $50 and any website processing fees collected by the third-party platform.
- No refunds are available after the division draft (if applicable) or placement on team.
- IF a refund is requested after player placement, opening day, or first game the board will review the request and decide if a partial refund will be approved. Please note, a refund will not be provided to a player opting to withdrawal from the league due to not being placed in a certain division.
- All refunds will be made via a league issued check and mailed to the registered address on file.
- Cancellation fees may be waived for medical reasons and/or official military orders; all requests of the aforementioned nature will be reviewed by the DTQ Board to decide if a full or partial refund will be issued.
