⚾ Warwick Little League All-Star Tournament Teams
The number of All-Star Tournament Teams Warwick Little League fields each year can vary based on registration numbers and the collective skill level of eligible players.
Over the years, Warwick has proudly submitted teams across most age divisions.
In 2025, Warwick had three tournament teams.
⭐ Player Selection
All-Star players are chosen based on their performance throughout the regular season, as well as their versatility and fit within the team roster.
While the regular season focuses on player development and rotation, the All-Star season is competitive — the goal is to field the strongest possible team to represent Warwick.
Important notes for families:
-
Little League requires a continuous batting order (every player bats).
-
There is no minimum defensive playing time required in the field.
-
Players may not rotate positions as frequently as during the regular season.
Understanding this helps players and parents manage expectations and appreciate the competitive nature of All-Stars play.
🕐 Time Commitment
Being part of an All-Star team is an exciting opportunity — but it also comes with a significant time commitment.
Once teams are selected and players are notified, there’s a short window to prepare before tournament play begins.
Accepting an invitation to join an All-Star team means your player is committed and available for all practices, scrimmages, and tournament games.
We understand summer brings vacations and family plans — if potential conflicts exist, please discuss them with the coach before accepting the invitation.
📋 Player Eligibility & Paperwork
Little League International requires official eligibility verification for all tournament players.
Warwick Little League will set up a special registration portal where families can securely upload the required documents, similar to the spring registration process.
Completing this paperwork accurately and on time ensures our All-Star players are fully certified and ready to compete!
