For each registered player, two, 2 ½ hour snack shack shifts are required to be completed to receive the refund of the $75 snack shack deposit paid at registration. Other volunteer opportunities may be available to qualify for a refund, but prior approval from the Auxiliary President must be obtained.
LBLL uses SignUpGenius to provide available time slots for the snack shack shifts. Volunteers should utilize the link provided on the LBLL website to access these schedules and sign up for their volunteer hours. When working their shift, volunteers sign in at the snack shack to document their presence on a schedule located in a binder inside the Snack Shack. This must be done at the time of the shift. The snack shack staff will direct volunteers in tasks that need to be completed during and before the end of all shifts.
Once you have completed both snack shack shifts, the Auxiliary Treasurer will contact you to let you know when your refund check is available for pickup. Refund checks will be issued twice a month.
If an emergency arises, please cancel your shift on SignUpGenius and send an email to [email protected]. Please be courteous and give no less than 24 hours cancellation notice of any shift.
