Our Annual Meeting this year will be held on September 28, 2022 at 7:00 PM at a location to be determined.

This is an open meeting and all are welcome to attend. At the beginning of the meeting, Board President Darren Giordano will provide a presentation on the last year and some thoughts on next year. Thereafter, the Board will conduct normal business in an open meeting, which will include approving our constitution and electing our board of directors.

Regarding elections, all are welcome to run for positions on the Board. Nominations will be open as of 9/7/22 and a separate notice will go out soliciting nominations on or about September 7, 2022. Nominations will be closed on or about September 21, 2022.

Importantly, only volunteers that submitted to and passed a background check in the 2022 season are eligible to vote. Yesterday, an email from Board Secretary Chris Elko went out to all Regular Members. Only recipients of that email are entitled to vote. Again, you do not need to be a Regular Member to run for the board, but you do need to be a Regular Member to vote.
