GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR PLAYERS, PARENTS AND THE GAMES

Dear Players, Coaches, and Parents,

The Caldwell-West Essex Little League (CWELL) was formed in 2018 to provide the children of our community with a fun, engaging, and positive experience while learning the great games of baseball and softball. Our league is both developmental and competitive, which provides ample opportunities for players, coaches, and parents to have fun while competing against our friends, family, and fellow community members. With this in mind, we would like to kindly outline our code of conduct to ensure all participants and spectators have a clear understanding of our league’s policies around personal conduct and engagement. On behalf of the CWELL governing board, we are proud of what our league has become, and we are excited to kick off the 2024 season. In preparation, we ask that all players, coaches, and parents read their respective code of conduct to understand our league’s expectations for the upcoming season. If there are ever any questions, concerns, or the need to raise issues related to the

Caldwell-West Essex Little League, we are at your service to provide a fair and balanced review process. We are committed to hearing viewpoints from all parties involved with the goal of reaching a reasonable resolution to maximize the integrity of our league. We sincerely thank you all for the support and focus in delivering an exciting and impactful season for the children of our beloved Caldwell-West Essex community!

Best regards,

Your 2024 CWELL Board:
