Field Maintenance Guidelines

  • Please take care of the fields!
  • We have invested much time and money to provide the league the best playing conditions that we can.
  • If you have questions, please ask.

  • FIELD MAINTENANCE AFTER PRACTICES/GAMES FOR JR/SR FIELD, HEENEY, AND SQUIRES

    • After each practice, teams must level home plate, mounds, and bases
    • Hand-drag base lines and home plate
    • Wet plate and mounds if dry. Quick-coupler hose attachment is behind pitcher's mound now on Heeney, Squires, and Senior Field. 
    • If infield can’t support a coach or players weight because it’s wet, then it’s unplayable and needs to dry.
    • Only experienced buggy users opening fields to dry or raking fields after games and practices please.

    • After each practice, teams must level home plate, mounds, and bases
    • Hand drag base lines and home plate
    • If infield can’t support a coach or players weight because it’s wet, then it’s unplayable and needs to dry.
    • Only experienced buggy users opening fields to dry or raking fields after games and practices please.
