Woodland Jr Wolves 2025 Football and Cheer

WELCOME TO THE 2025 WJW Football and Cheer Registration!

This registration session will allow you to register for the 2025 WJW season and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo or Cash App. After completing this registration, you will see a charge from the Woodland Jr. Wolves on your account.

If you are paying via Venmo or Cash App, you will select check payment and email a screenshot of the payment confirmation to [email protected]. Be sure your athlete's name is listed in the comments section of the payment notes to ensure accurate payment account credit.

Welcome Letter
Registration for football and cheer is open to youth ages 6 to 14 as of August 1, 2025, for football and 5-14 for cheer. All participants must pay a $100 deposit to hold a spot on a team/squad. The deposit will be applied to the 2025 Season registration fee. All athletes are required to participate in the mandatory fundraiser.

NOTE: We do not have a minimum play rule.

Registration Fees
  • Football
  • New: $375/Athlete
  • Returning: $350/Athlete
Fees cover equipment rental for the season (equipment bag, shoulder pad, helmet, game-day pants, practice pants, and practice jersey). You will not return the game-day jersey with your athlete's name on it at the end of the season.

  • Cheer
  • New: $200/Athlete plus the cost of the cheer uniform
  • Returning: $175/Athlete plus the cost of the cheer uniform
The Uniform Costs $480 and includes the following: a bag/backpack, 3 bows (game day, October, and Comp), poms, shoes, briefs, liners, shell, skirt, and jamboree outfit. Each cheerleader will need to supply their own white no-show game-day socks.

Registration Deadlines
Registration fees must be paid in full by the following dates:
  • Football no equipment will be given until all fees are paid in full by 6/25/2025
  • No Cheer uniform will be ordered until a min of $480 is paid; the uniform will not be handed out until all fees are paid. If a payment is received after 6/25/2025, an additional $60/$80 will be added to the account as the vendor charges additional fees on orders placed after 6/25/2025. If a payment is received after 6/25/2025, WJW is not responsible for late/delayed uniforms and will not issue any refunds due to late/delayed uniforms. Depending on the payment received date, your uniforms could potentially be received after the season ends. Fees must be paid as soon as possible to ensure no delay in uniform delivery.

Parent Hour Requirements: A $200 post-dated check (11/1/2025) per athlete must be turned in at the football equipment handout and cheer uniform fitting (in an envelope with athlete name and divisions) and will be returned once hours have been completed. If hours are not completed, the check will be deposited at the end of the season. A $50 fee will be charged in addition to any fees WJW ensures due to insufficient funds for any checks returned. Please inform the volunteer coordinator at the equipment handout/cheer fitting if you request to buy out. An additional $50 is required to buy out (the buyout fee is $250), which must be paid before the first game. Parents are required to complete 10 tasks per athlete, with the maximum number of tasks being 15.

Equipment deposit Fee: You must submit a post-dated (11/30/2025) check of $100 for each football player at the equipment handout; this check will be returned to you once the equipment is returned. If equipment is not returned, WJW will deposit the check, and WJW will charge an additional non-equipment fee to your account for any non-returned equipment. WJW has the right to submit the financially responsible party to collections for the non-equipment return fee listed on the equipment checkout/in the agreement signed by the financial party. If WJW must submit the financial party to collections, the financial party will be required to pay the non-equipment fee and any processing fees acquired by the collection agency.  


Registration Fee Refunds
  • Football: 75% of the registration fee is refundable through the first week of practice. Once the jersey has been sized and ordered, absolutely no refunds will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Cheer: The registration fee is refundable until uniforms are ordered. Refunds will not be made after the uniform order has been placed. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

  1. Before reaching this page, you should have read and accepted two critical documents required by the Woodland Junior Wolves Youth Football and Cheer Program: the terms of your Financial Responsibility and the Parental/Participant Consent form.
  2. This page contains important information about registration fees for the 2025 season, payment of the registration and deposits, deadlines, next steps, and additional documents needed to complete your registration.

  4. The third page contains a Mandatory Participation Agreement. You must read and understand these agreements as a condition of participating in the WJW football and cheer programs.

Returned Check Policy
You will be charged a $50 fee, in addition to the amount of your check and any fees acquired by WJW financial institution for return check fee. The amount of the returned check plus the returned check fees plus WJW financial institution fees must be paid in full (cash or money order) within 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the bad check will be returned to the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office for collection. In addition, your athlete will be ineligible for participation in the program until all outstanding amounts owed to the WJW Organization are paid in full.

Remaining Steps to Complete Registration
**Every participant is required to obtain a physical examination and medical clearance. The medical clearance must be dated on or after April 1, 2025, and be turned in to the WJW Organization no later than July 1, 2025. 
** All participants and returning players must submit a copy of their Student Enrollment Form(ARIES). 

All required forms MUST be completed before the first practice, before any participant is fully registered, and before any equipment is issued.
