Woodland Jr Wolves 2024 Football and Cheer

WELCOME TO THE 2024 WJW Football and Cheer Registration!

This registration session will allow you to register for the 2024 WJW season and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from the Woodland Jr. Wolves

Welcome Letter

Registration for football and cheer is open to youth ages 6 to 14 as of August 1, 2024 for football and 5-14 for cheer. All participants are required to pay a $100 deposit in order to hold a spot on a team/squad. The deposit will be applied to the 2024 Season registration fee. All athletes are required to participate in the mandatory fundraiser.

NOTE: We do not have a minimum play rule.

Registration Fees

Football
New: $350/Athlete
Returning: $300/Athlete

Fees cover equipment rental for the season (equipment bag, shoulder pad, helmet, game day pants, practice pants, practice jersey ) Items you will keep after season game day Jersey, October socks, and 1 mouth guard.

Cheer
New: $175/Athlete plus the cost of the cheer uniform
Returning: $125/Athlete plus the cost of the cheer uniform

Uniform Cost $480 and include the following Bag, 3 bow(game day, October and Comp), poms, shoes, briefs, liners, shell, skirt, & Jamboree outfit. Each cheerleader will need to supply there own white no show game day socks.

Registration Deadlines

Registration fees must be paid in full by the following dates:

Football no equipment will be given until all fees are paid in full by 7/10/2024
Cheer no uniform will be order until $480 is paid, uniform will not be handed out until all fees are paid. Due no later than 6/25/2024

Parent Hour Requirements: A $100 post dated check (11/1/2024) for all athletes must be turned in at football equipment handout and cheer uniform fitting and will be returned once hours have been completed. If hours are not completed the check will be deposited at the end of season. A $50 fee will be charged in addition for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. If you are requesting to buyout please make sure to let the board know to cash the check prior to the first game.

Cheer fees are due earlier in order to ensure the uniforms are ordered and received on time. If fees are not paid in full by the date above, no uniform will be ordered for your participant.

Registration Fee Refunds

Football: 75% of registration fee is refundable through the first week of practice. Once jersey has been sized and ordered absolutely no refunds will be given.
Cheer: The registration fee is refundable until uniforms are ordered. Refunds will not be made after the uniform order has been placed.

Prior to reaching this page, you should have already read and accepted two important documents required by the Woodland Junior Wolves Youth Football and Cheer Program: the terms of your Financial Responsibility, and the Parental/Participant Consent form.

Returned Check Policy

You will be charged a $50 fee, in addition to the amount of your check, if your check is returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. The amount of the returned check plus the returned check fees must be paid in full within 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the bad check will be turned over to the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office for collection. In addition, your athlete will be ineligible for participation in the program until all outstanding amounts owed to the WJW Organization are paid in full.

Remaining Steps to Complete Registration

**Every participant is required to obtain a physical examination and medical clearance. The medical clearance must be dated on or after April 1, 2024 , and must be turned in to the WJW Organization no later than July 10, 2024.

** All participants and returning players must submit a copy of there Student Enrollment Form(ARIES) .

All required forms MUST be completed prior to the first practice or before any participant will be considered fully registered and before any equipment will be issued.
