Any individual that wishes to volunteer as a coach must go through a few steps.  
During registration for every season, you must indicate that you wish to volunteer.  If you want to volunteer, you must submit to a background check.  You will receive an email from a third party to start the background check. For head coaching positions, you will be required to attend an interview with league officials.  Candidates not selected for a head coach position may still act as an assistant coach.  Assistant coaches will be selected from an approved volunteer assistant coach pool by the head coach.
