DTQ Little League Spring 2025

DTQ Little League is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to run all league operations, we kindly ask for your patience if you email for help as most volunteers have employment or commitments during the day or some evenings.

Thank you for registering to participate in the 2025 DTQ Little League spring season. DTQ Little League will reach out to you before April 1, 2025 with team information and season details.

· T Ball (Ages 4-6) Registration fee $145, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $275 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks)

· Machine Pitch Baseball (Ages 6-8) Registration fee $145, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $275 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks)

· Minor Division Player Pitch (Ages 8-11) Registration fee $185, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $295 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks)

· Major Division Baseball (Ages 10-12) *ages 10-12 are eligible to drafted into the Majors division* Registration fee $185, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $295 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks)

· Junior League Baseball (ages 13-14) *League age 14 players are eligible to be drafted into the SRs division. Registration fee $205, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $335 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks, belt)

· Senior League Baseball (ages 14-16) *League age 14 players are eligible to be drafted into the SRs division. Registration fee $205, Volunteer fee $100, Raffle Tickets $30 = Total $335 Uniform included (hat, jersey, socks, belt)

$100 volunteer fee. Volunteer fees are charged up front during the registration process and can be refunded with 4 hours of volunteer service that are verified and completed. Correspondence regarding volunteer opportunities will be forthcoming via email and posted signup links.

$30 raffle fee. Spring mandatory raffle fee is applied to each player/family that registers. players/families can sell their e-tickets (6 - $5 e-Tickets) to recoup funds or take the chance at winning cash prizes, $1000 (1); $500 (1); $250 (2). Further information regarding the Spring raffle will be forthcoming via email.

Cancelation Policy Spring 2025

All cancelation requests must be in writing/email ([email protected] and [email protected]) to the league requesting a refund and stating the reason for the player resigning from the season.

Prior to 02/01/2025, refunds are available with no penalty.
IF a refund is requested after 02/01/2025, a refund will be processed minus an administrative fee of $50 and any website processing fees collected by the third-party platform.
No refunds are available after the division draft (if applicable) or placement on team.
IF a refund is requested after player placement, opening day, or first game the board will review the request and decide if a partial refund will be approved. Please note, a refund will not be provided to a player opting to withdrawal from the league due to not being drafted into the Majors or Seniors division(s)
All refunds will be made via a league issued check and mailed to the registered address on file.
Cancellation fees may be waived for medical reasons and/or official military orders; all requests of the aforementioned nature will be reviewed by the DTQ Board to decide if a full or partial refund will be issued.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO UPLOAD ANY DOCUMENTS REGARDING YOUR ADDRESS OR THE SCHOOL ADDRESS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION. SKIP THIS STEP.
