About North Bay NFL Flag
North Bay NFL Flag is an official youth flag football league of the NFL serving children ages 4 through 14. The League operates under a charter granted annually by NFL Flag. Our adult volunteers create an fun recreational learning experience for over 250 flag football players residing in Sonoma, California and the surrounding area. The League is separated into varying levels of play so that children participate with peers who are of the same age group and skill level.
The greater goal of North Bay NFL Flag is to serve the entire Sonoma & Napa County Areas and to have more than 1,000 kids participating in flag football. North Bay NFL Flag has four levels of competition, each dependent upon the other and each vital to the success of the program.
1. Local Level: providing facilities, resources and volunteer services to provide a quality program for children.
2. Regionals: the liaison between various Regional Headquarters of NFL Flag and the local leagues
3. Nationals: NFL FLag's National Competition of Champions of teams from all over the country
*Regionals includes teams from all over the "region" or coast - i.e. "the West Coast" and is hosted by an NFL Team within that region.

*Regionals usually take place in June/July
