League Age: 5 - 6
LEAGUE DETERMINATION CALCULATOR
Often, a family’s first introduction to NFL Flag is in the 6U division. The 6U division is the entry level division for players, ages 5-6. The experience is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals while also being a key to growing a child’s love for the game.
The NFL Flag 6U division provides volunteer coaches with everything they need to create an environment where players will learn the skills of the game, while having fun and staying active. Parents and legal guardians of 6U players are crucial to the extension of the program, and their satisfaction is equally important to its success. The outreach and inclusion of this division sets the foundation for continued participation in the North Bay NFL Flag program.
6U players use modified rules designated specifically for use in this division. The roster size is limited to up-to 10 players.
Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in this entry level of NFL Flag. After completing the volunteer application and passing a required national background check, parents may become involved in and be eligible as coaches, officals, and other volunteer positions within the league.
CO-ED 8U DIVISON
League Age: 7 - 8
LEAGUE DETERMINATION CALCULATOR
8U Dvision is an extension of our developmental level of play. 8U Division has players ages 7-8.
This division is established for “on field coaches/coaching.” A player who is league-age 7 or 8 for the current season is eligible to participate in the 8U division.
The roster size is limited to up-to 10 players.
Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in this level NFL Flag. After completing the volunteer application and passing a required national background check, parents may become involved in and be eligible as coaches, officals, and other volunteer positions within the league.
CO-ED 10U DIVISION
League Age: 9 - 10

As players conitnue to develop we now split them into GIRLS & BOYS divisions to better develop their skill sets. This allows players to display the skills developed through the rest of the NFL Flag program
The 10U division is a competitive development program for 9-10 year olds that begins challenging players to execute on the field. Players will learn situational awareness on offense and defense, identifying and throwing, footwork, communication and catching. Evaluations are required for placement on 10u teams to ensure teams are balanced appropriately.
The roster size is limited to up-to 10 players.
Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in this level of NFL Flag. After completing the volunteer application and passing a required national background check, parents may become involved in and be eligible as coaches, officals, and other volunteer positions within the league.
CO-ED 12U DIVISION
League Age: 11-12
LEAGUE DETERMINATION CALCULATOR
As players conitnue to develop we now split them into GIRLS & BOYS divisions to better develop their skill sets. This allows players to display the skills developed through the rest of the NFL Flag program. Players will utilize teamwork, positioning, and situational awareness in a competitive environment that results the opportunity to compete at the Regional and National Level. Evaluations are required for placement on 12U teams.
The roster size is limited to up-to 10 players.

BOYS & GIRLS 14U DIVISION
League Age: 13 - 14

Our Top Level of competition. The goal is to develop players for future participation in high school ahtletics and fitness.
Players have the opportunity to compete at the Regional and National Level.
