STS will always do all it can to work around the weather when hosting tournaments (field protection and preparation, rescheduling games, etc).  In the event we need to cancel part or all of a tournament we host, refunds will be given to each participating team based on the number games that team completed…

 - If a team completes no games, a full refund will be made.
 - If a team completes only 1 game, a 75% refund will be made.
 - If a team completes only 2 games, a 50% refund will be made.
 - No refund will be made to teams that play more than 2 games.
