Closing Ceremonies 2025

We're headed into the final stretch of the season!

We're excited to host our Closing Ceremonies, and Year-End Celebration: Summer Splash Festival – Sunday, June 1
We’re wrapping up an amazing season with a splash, and we’d love to see you there!

Coaches will begin lining up with their teams at 9:45 AM to announce players and hand out trophies during the Closing Ceremonies portion of our celebration. Players should have their jersey and hats on for the ceremony!

Following the ceremony, we’ll kick off our End-of-Season Splash Festival with water slides, water balloons, and wiffle ball! Expect the kids to get wet, please bring sunscreen, shade, swim clothes, and towels.

Details on the Wiffle Ball Tournament

  • $20 per team of 4 players ($5 per player)
  • Entry includes a hot dog and small soda from the snack shack
  • Players must register by 12 PM at the snack bar
  • Divisions: Minors (A & B), Majors, and Intermediate & Up
  • Winners receive championship rings and more

Q: What is the event?
A: It's our Closing Ceremonies and Year-End Celebration, also known as the Summer Splash Festival! We'll be announcing players, handing out trophies, and then celebrating with water slides, water balloons, and a wiffle ball tournament.

Q: When and where is the event?
A: The event is on Sunday, June 1st, at Western Fields: 3000 Marine Avenue, where T-Ball through Intermediate Play.

Q: What time does the event start and end?
A: The event is from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Q: What time do we need to arrive for the Closing Ceremonies?
A: Coaches will begin lining up with their teams at 9:45 AM for the Closing Ceremonies. Players should be ready to go at that time.

Q: What should players wear for the Closing Ceremonies?
A: Players should wear their jersey and hats for the ceremony.

Q: What activities will be available during the Splash Festival?
A: We'll have water slides, water balloons, and a wiffle ball tournament!

Q: What should we bring for the Splash Festival?
A: Expect the kids to get wet, so please bring sunscreen, swim clothes, and towels. It will be hot, so parents are encouraged to bring their own shade (like an umbrella or pop-up tent).

A: Yes, siblings are welcome to participate in the splash festival activities!

Q: Will there be food and drinks available?
A: Yes, the Snack Bar will be open serving up specials throughout the event. You are also welcome to bring your own outside food, but please note the snack bar will be open. Wiffle Ball Tournament entry also includes a hot dog and small soda.

Q: How do we sign up for the Wiffle Ball Tournament?
A: You can register your team of 4 players at the snack bar by 12:00 PM on the day of the event.

Q: How much does it cost to enter the Wiffle Ball Tournament?
A: It's $20 per team of 4 players, which breaks down to $5 per player.

Q: What does the Wiffle Ball Tournament entry fee include?
A: The entry fee includes a hot dog and a small soda from the snack shack for each player.

A: Yes, restrooms will be open for changing and general use.

A: Parking will be tight, like it always is during opening ceremonies, so please plan accordingly.

Q: Will there be first aid available on site?
A: Yes, first aid kits will be on premise as they typically are.

Q: What is the weather outlook for the event?
A: The weather outlook is hot! Please plan accordingly with sunscreen, water, and shade.
