Pyramid Youth & Adult Fitness offers private, partner, small group and team personal training.  We are dedicated to helping any individual reach their fitness goals. Our goal is to empower our clients with the knowledge, motivation, accountability and discipline to take control of their own health and fitness while providing a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.  The emphasis is participating at your own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.  Depending on individual goals and needs, we offer the following during the one-hour sessions. Ages 6 and up are welcome to participate in our programs. Medical clearance is required.

Youth Fitness Programs

With all of our programs, our goal is to empower our athletes with the knowledge, motivation, accountability, and discipline to take control of their own health and fitness while providing a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.  The emphasis will be for our athletes to enhance performance while participating at their own pace and injury prevention focusing on correct form & technique

The K-2nd grade program provides a fun, non-competitive environment for children to use the fundamental movement skills they learn through games and activities to get/stay active while gaining confidence.

The 3rd-5th grade program is geared towards improving self-esteem, building a foundation of body weight strength training, and motor skill development such as balance, coordination, speed & agility, and movement patterns that are paramount in maximizing future athletic potential.  

The 6th-8th grade athletic development program develops and enhances athletic performance and overall fitness.  The program is designed to improve muscular strength & endurance through resistance and weight training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, speed training, change of direction, agility, coordination, balance, reaction time, and explosive movements, which enhances overall athleticism.  The emphasis will be our athletes participating at their own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.

The 9th-12th grade athletic development program emphasizes varied high intensity functional movements, enhancing athletic performance and overall fitness.  The program is designed to improve muscular strength & endurance through resistance and weight training, conditioning, flexibility, power, speed training, agility, coordination, balance, reaction time, change of direction, and explosive movements, which enhances overall athleticism.  The athletes will perform at their own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.
