Red Stix Lacrosse is a girls lacrosse recreation training program on the South side of Atlanta.  The goals of Red Stix Lax are to provide kids an awesome rec experience where the pillars of emphasis are 1) having fun and 2) learning great technique.  We want your laxer to have lots of success (which is always fun), so we have a great player-coach ratio and emphasize technique and learning to catch, throw, and cradle properly -- so your little laxer can grow into a strong and successful high school and college athlete (if she wants to).
