Registration Information

General Information:
Programs will not appear as "available" until open registration periods. For example, if you logged into your account yesterday on 5/31, you may not have been able to view Fall Baseball Registration, because the registration period has not yet opened (set to open 6/1).

All-Stars:
Players selected for All-Stars must register and pay between 6/1 and 6/15. After that time, the registration portal closes.

Summer Softball:
Registration is for 18U only and is open until 6/12.

Fall Baseball and Softball:
Registration will open and appear visible starting on 6/1 and close on 8/5; from 8/6 to 8/20 there will be a $10 late fee, but the programs will still be visible in your accounts for enrollment. If interested in registering after 8/20, you will need to reach out to a league representative to see if there are vacancies available to slot your player, as rosters and available coaches may already configured and unmodifiable. First games usually start somewhere around the week after Labor Day (around 9/10ish).

Spring Baseball/ Softball:
Registration usually opens on 1/1 for both. For softball, it closes sooner, because they start earlier. For baseball, it closes later. Usually both include fees built into the registration for indoors/ preseason training (predominantly held at Hit n Run Sports Complex). Late fees will apply as large quantities of bulk orders, and a large amount of logistics go into the draft/ team configuration process. Late registrants will not receive their uniform/hat/ and/or team assignments along with the regular registrations. Once the registration period closes and is no longer visible, and if still interested in trying to sign up, contact a league representative to see if there are slots/ teams available to accommodate the player(s), as rosters may be full and unmodifiable once the registration window sunsets.
