*Mandatory re-elections will take place in September and assume chairs effective start date 1 October to align with the Fiscal Year (FY). In order to be a General Board member, you must be voted in by the General Board with final approval from the Executive Board. In order to be an Executive Board member you must have served at least one year on the General Board, obtain majority vote from both the Executive and General Board, with final approval from the President. Executive Board member positions must be rotated in order to keep balance and provide experience to other members to keep the organization moving forward. No executive chair can be assumed by the same person for a period of more than 3 years unless there is no other candidate able/willing/available to assume the chair.  Board meetings are only open to board members unless an individual is authorized/ invited to attend.  The Executive and General Board members, as well as the organization is established through Bylaws (an internal organizational document not for external distribution). The operation of the organization is contingent upon the contemporary dynamics and can be cultivated/ adapted through the use of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and other types of organizational policy, which may or may not be posted on the website contingent upon external relevancy.
