Registration Steps

Follow the steps below to register for our Spring and Fall Seasons:

Step 1:  Confirm you are in the Foothill Area Little League
There are two ways you can be within the Foothill Area Little League Boundaries
Enter your school address or home address into the League Finder website

Option 1 (Preferred):  Your child goes to school within our league boundaries 
Bring a completed School Enrollment Form in Step 4 below
If you have completed a School Enrollment Form for us previously we do NOT need another one!

Option 2:  You reside within our league boundaries
Bring copies of  
3 proofs of residency in Step 4 below
This step will need to be repeated every year!

Step 2:  Confirm your child's Little League Age prior to Registration

Use the Little League Age Calculator 
and/or use these age charts to determine your child's Little League Age, which tells you what Division they should play in.

Step 3:  Complete Online Registration Process on our Website

Everyone Must Register Online Here!

Step 4:  Bring the Following Completed Information to Forms Processing

1.  Your Drivers License
2.  Copy of your Child's Birth Certificate

3.  School Enrollment Form (Option 1 Preferred) or copies of 3 Proofs of Residency (Option 2)
4.  Medical Release Form
5.  Parent Code of Conduct Form
6.  Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form
7.  Concussion Form
