Ahwatukee Foothills PONY Baseball Partners with Dugout Captain

AFPBA has partnered with Dugout captain to provide free coaching and training resources to Coaches and Parents starting in the Spring 2019 Season.

For Coaches, or those of you who have considered coaching but may have held back because of not knowing how, Dugout Captain provides a simple way to set up practices and drills to run effective practices that build skills week after week. There are short videos attached to each drill to explain to coaches how and why to run them in practice and the site allows coaches to easily send out via emailthe structure for the upcoming practice so they can be prepared to help.

We will be encouraging all Coaches to utilize these resources throughout the season!
