Refund Policy

At Phoenix Pony Baseball, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund of registration fees. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our program.

  1. Full Refunds: Full refunds are available until the first day of skill evaluations.  If you request a refund during this time, you will receive the entire amount paid.

  2. Partial Refunds: After evaluation period ends and before the team drafts, a partial refund will be honored. The amount refunded will be determined based on costs already incurred by the league.

  3. No Refunds: Once a player has been drafted to a team, refunds will no longer be honored. This policy ensures the integrity of team rosters and league planning.
