2024 Refund Policy
At Phoenix Pony Baseball, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund of registration fees. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our program.
Full Refunds: Full refunds are available until the first day of evaluations 07/27/24. If you request a refund during this time, you will receive the entire amount paid.
Partial Refunds: After evaluation period ends 08/03/24 and before the team drafts 08/06/24, partial refunds will be honored. The amount refunded will be determined based on costs already incurred by the league.
No Refunds: Once a player has been drafted to a team, refunds will no longer be honored. This policy ensures the integrity of team rosters and league planning.
