We will have our last in-person registration of November ($35 early registration discount) on Tuesday, November 30th, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. behind the snack bar at Live Oak Park!
It is important to bring with you the following:
1. Player's birth certificate
2. Proofs of residency within league boundaries. You will need 3 documents. You can find the list of acceptable documents here: (https://www.littleleague.org/.../residency-school.../)
If you are qualifying based on where your player attends school, we will have forms for you to have verified by the school at registration.
3. Payment. We accept cash, checks and cards(service fees apply).
4. Your player's top 3 number choices.
5. Medical insurance information. This will be needed to fill out the medical form.
6. Any questions you have about the upcoming season.
We will also be accepting payment and medical forms from those needing to complete their online registrations.
For those who haven't received items from last season (pictures, yearbooks, trophies), those will be available for pickup too.
We will be accepting any equipment donations as well. Check your equipment to see if your player has outgrown anything that will help someone else. If your player is in need of equipment, you can let us know at registration and we will make a note and see if we can help fill the need.
More in-person dates will be announced, but it is always better to register sooner than later.
