Field Preparation Guidance
Home Team Responsibilities:
1. 50/50 Raffle - Buckets with tickets and prices are in the score booth. The person(s) doing 50/50 should begin no later than the first inning. They will go to both sides of the bleachers (or Tee Ball/Machine Pitch Loop) to collect money from the fans. 50% of the pot collected will go to the winning ticket that is drawn and 50% will be placed in an envelope and deposited in the 50/50 box in the score booth for the league. It is helpful to have the announcer report the pot total in between innings.
2. Official Scorekeeper - This can be done with a paper scorebook located in the score booth, or can be done using the team's GameChanger app. Here are some resources for how to keep score:

Visitor Team Responsibilities:
1. Score Board Operator - This person operates the score board from inside the score booth. Instructions are written on the box that controls the score board.
2. Announcer - A microphone is located in the score booth for announcing players as they come up to bat. Due to city policy, "Play-by-Play" announcing is not permitted.
3. Pitch Counter - This person operates the digital pitch counter inside the score booth.
