This league exists for the benefit of our children. All of our children. Being out on the field at practices and games should be an opportunity for our children to escape from other stresses or challenges that they may be facing in their daily lives. Little League strives to create an environment that is as safe as possible both on and off the field. While developing baseball skills and striving to win games are a part of the program, there are much greater lessons and character development to be had during a season.
As parents, our children look to you to be the example. We expect you to not only be on your best behavior, but also to instill and enforce with your children that they will treat their teammates, opponents, umpires, coaches and others out on the field with the utmost respect and kindness. It starts with you.
There is no place in our league for any type of physical, mental or emotional abuse, including but not limited to bullying, hazing or harassing. This applies to all players, parents, fans, coaches and anyone else involved with our league activities.
As such, we would like you to be aware of and abide by the following code of conduct.
Anyone guilty of improper conduct at any game or practice will be asked to leave immediately and suspended from the following game. Repeat violations may cause a multiple game suspension, or the season forfeiture of the privilege of attending all games.
