PLAYER EVALUATIONS 1/22/22

Schedule:

Cal State Division (League Ages 7-8): 
Check in at 8:30, Evaluations 9:00-11:00

PCL Division (League Ages 9-10): 
Check in at 10:30, Evaluations 11:00-12:30

Major Division (League Ages 11-12): 
Check in at Noon, Evaluations 12:30-2:00

Junior Division(League Ages 13-14): 
Check in at 1:30, Evaluations 2:00-3:00

Player Evaluations:  We will have player evaluations this Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the softball field at Live Oak Park.  There will be multiple forms to fill out at evaluations.  We will list links to those forms below to help you fill them out before coming on Saturday (It will make things a lot easier for you, and our Board).

ALL PLAYERS NEED TO COME TO PLAYER EVALUATIONS. 
Tee Ball and Machine Pitch players can come at any time during the day to be sized for their jerseys, pickup their box of candy bars, and make sure all of their forms have been turned in.  Those players don't need to be evaluated.  For Tee Ball and Machine Pitch players, you can make teammate requests.  Be sure to verify we have those requests written down on Saturday.

All players born on or before August 31, 2015 should be evaluated.  For players that fall in this age category that want to play in the Machine Pitch division, we recommend that the players still be evaluated to make sure that division is appropriate for them.

Evaluations Schedule:
  Players will be evaluated by division.  Most players are assigned to a division based on their "Little League Age".  This age chart will help you determine your child's age according to Little League:  Little League Age Chart for 2022.  For players wanting to play in a division above or below their traditional division, be sure that we know beforehand. 

Please have your player arrive early to check in.  They should bring their own baseball equipment; glove, bat, helmet, cleats.  We will have extra equipment for those who need it.

The current County health guidelines recommend that players wear masks during this evaluation process.  We will also do our best to maintain distance between the players.

Before your player leaves evaluations, be sure that you have done all of the following:
(We will have paper copies of the required forms at evaluations)
1.  Sizing, number preference and name spelling verification for the jersey.
2.  Pick up your box of candy bars.
3.  Turn in your completed medical form, if you haven't yet.  (Here is a link to the form:  Medical Form)
4.  Turn in your signed copy of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form.  (Here is a link to the form:  Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form)
5.  Turn in your signed copy of the Concussion Information Form.  (Here is a link to the form:  Concussion Information Form)
6.  Turn in your signed copy of the Media Release Form.  (Here is a link to the form:  Media Release Form)
7.  Verify that we have noted any player requests for Tee Ball and Machine Pitch players.
