South Elgin is part of District 13 (not the Hunger Games) and we have 3 seasons.

Spring games run from end of April thru June.

Fall games run from end of August thru middle of October.

Special events or Tournament season is in July. We have All Stars for each age group starting with 8U.

The 8U is for those who are League age 8 or less. They will play two events in July. One in Huntley and another at TriCities. The 12 players for this team will come from Minors and Coach/Kid Pitch.

The 9U team will come from Minors.

The 10U team will come from Minors, but Majors is also eligible. This age begins the quest to win District and go to State.

There are also teams for 11U and up as well. Just like the 10U team your quest is to win District, then to go to State.

If you feel your athlete is one of the better players on his or her team and they want to try out for All Stars, they must be available all July to participate. We know how families like to take vacation during Summer, but if you feel you have one of the top 12 in their age group, you might want to postpone that vacation until end of July, so your athlete can represent South Elgin Little League.
