NEW FEE STRUCTURE
Team registration will be a new lower price of $250.
Teams will split referee costs evenly in the early rounds of the competition.
When teams reach the Final Four, each team will be charged an additional $150.
15U & 16U: $80/55/55 = $190 ($95 per team per game-Recommended to bring the following cash notes, 4x$20 notes, 1x$10 note & 1x$5 note)
17U, 18U & 19U: $90/55/55= $200 ($100 per team per game-Recommended to bring the following cash notes, 4x$20 notes, 1x$10 note & 2x$5 notes).
Some Age Groups DO NOT require you to play all the rounds due to numbers of teams participating:
Possible First Game - September 23rd $95 or 100 per team.
Possible Second Game - September 30th
Possible Third Game - October 14th
Possible Fourth Game - October 21st

Semi-Final Games – Sunday 29th October at The Publix Virginia Soccer Training Center, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
Finals – Sunday 5th November at The Publix Virginia Soccer Training Center, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
Partial Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled in part, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to refund teams that have not yet kicked off or give credit towards future events. Any potential refunds will be determined at the conclusion of the event.
Complete Cancellation:
Should VYSA need to cancel the event in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, participants will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be determined by the Cup Committee after all tournament expenses have been paid.
