The Virginia Youth Soccer Association has various programs designed to grow the game of soccer in Virginia and the District of Columbia.

TOPSOCCER
TOPSoccer Programs in Virginia are sponsored by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association and are affiliated with United States Youth Soccer. The Outreach Program for Soccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities organized by VYSA member clubs and volunteers. The program is designed to bring the enjoyment of learning and playing soccer to boys and girls who have a mental and/or physical disablility.  To learn more about TOPSoccer Programs available near you, click here. 

GRASSROOTS SOCCER
Grassroots Soccer, formerly known as Soccer Across America, is designed to introduce the sport of soccer to youth living in communities not yet served by existing clubs and leagues. Grassroots Soccer focuses on making soccer available to lower-income children in underserved communities to provide guidance to players and organizations who might otherwise not be exposed to the sport.
