US Soccer's Application for Foreign Travel by US Amateur & Youth Teams can be found HERE
The following paperwork is required with the application when submitted to US Soccer. The application is fully online and gets submitted directly to US Soccer.
The following documentation is needed when applying for Foreign Travel:
- A completed Application for Foreign Travel
- Official complete registration form or invitation letter(s) for the tournament/games.
- A verified roster approved by a US Soccer Organization Member
- A signed Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act signed
- Application fee ($200.00) - credit card information collected in the last step of the application.
