Purpose

FUN! With instruction in basic wrestling skills and exposure to an exciting sport with opportunities for kids of all ages. For Hamilton area students grades K-5. 

 

 

WRESTLERS MUST WEAR SHORTS, T-SHIRT, AND ATHLETIC SHOES. NO ZIPPERS ON CLOTHING. Athletic Shoes must be worn on the mat.

Starting date: Monday, November 10, 2025

Ending Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025

 

Practices will be held in the High School Wrestling room.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (Saturday Tournament)

***If school is cancelled, there is NO practice***

 

•Session A - (Grades K-1) 6:00 pm to 6:50 pm Please be early to sign in on the first night. 

•Session B - (Grades 2-5) 7:00 pm to 7:50 pm Please be early to sign in on the first night. 

 

*A Tournament will be held in the High School gym on Saturday,  November 22nd. There will be a high school wrestling scrimmage Saturday morning and the youth wrestling tournament will immediately follow. Please come early and support your Hamilton High School Wrestlers! Participants will be matched as closely as possible by weight and age. Medals will be awarded to top Wrestlers in each weight division.

 

FEES 

$35 - Payable to Hamilton Community Schools Deadline: Sunday, October 26th, 2025 (after deadline, you may not receive a t-shirt)
• Deduct $5 for each child after the first from the same family (Two children = $ 65) 

• Cost includes a Little Hawks Wrestling t-shirt and medal for participation in our tournament.
