Age Group Swim Webpage

Age Group Swimming is a chance for new and returning swimmers ages 5-14 to improve their skills while having fun! 

The Winter Age Group Season will begin on December 1st, 5:45-6:45pm. The first 3 days of practice, December 1st, 3rd and 5th are for both returning and new swimmers. This will serve as evaluation dates to place swimmers in their prospective practice group throughout the year.  Swimmers are required to attend only one of these evaluation practices.

For Safety Reasons, ALL swimmers must be able to swim 1 length of the pool unassisted in order to be part of the Age Group Swim Program. Swimmers should have a swim cap (to keep long hair out of their eyes), goggles and a swimsuit. Speedo, Arena and TYR are great brands for these items.

Group Information: Below you'll find information regarding our groups for this upcoming season. 

Workout Groups and Practice Times: Practices will be held each night that there aren't Swim Meets/late practices for school teams.

White - New swimmers/don't have all 4 strokes yet
- 5:45 - 6:30pm
Gray - Can swim all 4 strokes
- 5:45 - 6:45pm
Black - Can swim all 4 strokes and work on faster intervals than Gray
- 6:30 - 7:45pm
Gold - can swim all 4 strokes and work on faster intervals than Black
- 6:30 - 8:00pm

Tentative Swim Meet Schedule:
January 10th
January 17th
January 24th
January 31st

There will be an End of the Season Conference Meet February 13th and/or 14th, 2026
