We apologize for not having registration open already. We have run into a number of issues that have prevented us from finalizing some of our trips. We hope to have these resolved before March 28.
To give you an idea of what is planned, see below. The items in red are not finalized.
We have added a SPECIAL day prior to the camp even beginning - On Friday, June 26, we are going to the Land of Make Believe in Hope, NJ. This is the ONLY day / trip that parents may attend. The registration fee for this date is non-refundable. 50/50 chance of taking place.
Camp days are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or you can supersize your child's camp day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Week 1: June 29 to July 2 - Scavenger Hunt Week (4-day week - No Camp on Friday July 3, also no trip this week)
Week 2: July 6 to July 10 - Wilderness Week with a trip to Turtle Back Zoo on Thursday, July 9. The trip is booked, we are looking into the possibility of campers four feet tall and taller being able to do the ropes course and zip line.
Week 3: July 13 to July 17 - We celebrate the Olympics all week and have a trip to the Funplex on Thursday July 16
Week 4: July 20 to July 24 - Time Travelers' Week, and on Thursday July 23 we go to Medieval Times
Week 5: July 27 to July 31 - Still in discussion with several possibilities
Week 6: August 3 to August 7 - Pirate Week. Still in discussion with several possibilities.
Week 7: August 10 to August 14 - Magic Week. Five days of magic lessons. Parents must purchase all five days
Week 8: August 17 to August 21 - Wacky Water Week
Some parents in last year's survey did ask for different trips, and yet several trips are back again this year. It's not that we don't read survey answers - those trips were very highly rated , both by new campers and returning campers. Having said that, our Camp Director is very excited about what's planned for Week 6, and even though it's not a trip, we hope Magic Week excites and entertains all the campers.
