Welcome to the registration portal for St. Johns Middle School Athletic Association.
Here you will be able to register your middle-school-aged athlete in St. Johns County for 10 sports and athletic activities
representing teams in St. Johns Middle Schools and middle-school grades in the Academies.
SJMSAA sports are open to students who attend school as well as students who are home-schooled and
can select the school they are zoned for.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS:
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS (some sports won't have a tryout and are open registration)
- First time user: Choose "Register", create a profile with guardian contact info and add your athlete and their information. Select the school team you are zoned for to register and pay the $35 registration fee.
- Existing user: Choose "Login": log in with your username and password to access your account. Under your athlete's name, choose View Available Programs and follow the steps for registering for tryouts for your chosen sport.

2) AFTER TRYOUTS, IF YOU ARE A SELECTED FOR A TEAM
- You will be notified via a congratulatory email from SJMSAA.com with a link to register in full for the season.
- Use the link in that email or use the LOGIN button at the top of the page and input the username and password that you used to register originally.
- Once you are logged in, you will see a list of your participants on your My Account page.
- You will see a red button next to their name that says "Accept or Decline Position".
- Click that button and step through the registration process for the season to reach the payment page.

REGISTRATION FAQs
1) HOW DOES REGISTRATION WORK?
It's a 2-step Process for most sports (some sports do not require tryouts and have open registration)
Step 1: When registration is open for a sport, you must first register for Tryouts with a non-refundable payment of $35. First time users will create a profile; existing users will login with username and password. You will then select the team for your school, and follow prompts to the payment page.
- Tryouts will occur according to each specific sport and team schedule. Announcements will be made via Social Media, sjmsaa.com and through coach emails.
Step 2: Once an athlete is selected for a roster, you will receive an email notification with a link to continue with the full registration process
and full payment for the season (season registration fees vary per sport). Follow the steps to Accept or Decline Position and then go through the registration process.
- When rosters are finalized, communications are managed between coach to team for the remainder of the season,
with general updates posted on SJMSAA.com and Facebook.
2) My child made the team. When I login, I don't see the option to pay registration?
Sometimes users have set up multiple profiles in the system because of multiple sports, multiple children, etc. Please make sure you are logging in with the username and password you used to register for the tryouts for that sport. If you have questions, please email [email protected].
