    • Equipment Rental (Helmet & Shoulder Pads)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• Equipment will not be disbursed to any player without full payment & all required paperwork turned in.

REGISTRATION DATES:

• Online Registration Starts February 12th
• Online Registration Ends July 1st
• Season Dates: August 1st- Mid November for regular season
• Pop Warner Equipment Disbursement- TBD
  

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Copy of Birth Certificate & Original for Certification
• 2024 Participant Contract 
• 2024 Physical Form (must be on the Pop Warner form, page 2 must be completed in its entirety by a Physical)
• 2023-24 End of Year Report Card (must include all 4 quarters, have the child's name, school name, and school year)
  

PRACTICE SCHEDULES/GAMES:

• First 2 weeks will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 6:00-8:30pm in order to meet the Conditioning Requirements for Pop Warner. 
• After that, practice is generally Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00-8:00 pm. Coaches may choose to reduce to twice weekly once games start.
• There will be a Jamboree/Practice Games in August (Weekend)- Date/Time/Location TBD
• The first game of the season is Labor Day weekend
• All games are played on Saturdays (only exceptions may be during Playoffs/Championships).
• We will have 4 Home Games & 4 Away Games- Schedule not released until final book certifications.
