• Ground Crew for field prep
  
  
• Assure that the field is prepped and ready for games 1.5 hours before schedule start time
  
  
• Score Keeper (official book)
  
  
• Official Pitch Count Volunteer – maintains separate Pitch Count log on LL provided form: pitching log
  
  
• Announcer – Note: Announce the Batter who is in the Batter Box – not who is on the Line up – No Play by Play. Announce the Official Pitch Count for each pitcher and the score at every Half-inning. 
  
  
• Scoreboard operator
  
  
• Concession stand operator: Please open Concession Stand at least 45 minutes prior to games.
  
  
• Umpires* – 2 or more (*during Pool Play) 
  
  
• Host League to provide Medical/Safety equipment as listed below.
