Reporting Game Results

• Tournament Directors: immediately after each game call or text the score to the DA at 415-342-1209.
• Tournament director/scorekeeper must log all game results and pitchers & pitch counts for every game at your game site on site’s official scorebook.  Please be sure the site scorebook is available for review should there be any questions or protests. Be sure to complete team affidavit pitching logs & have managers sign off when you return their affidavits to them immediately following the game.

PLEASE BE SURE THE SITE SCOREBOOK IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW SHOULD THERE BE ANY QUESTIONS OR PROTESTS. BE SURE TO COMPLETE TEAM AFFIDAVIT PITCHING LOGS & HAVE MANAGERS SIGN OFF WHEN YOU RETURN THEIR AFFIDAVITS TO THEM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE GAME.
