5-6pm: ages 8 & under
6-7:30pm: ages 9 & 10
7:30-9pm: ages 11 & 12
Location: Courtside Sports Complex - 517 Burlington Rd, CT
Winter Workouts are broken down into age groups so as to give each player the best possible instruction.
Players will work on hitting, throwing, and fielding skills.
Players will practice situational plays that are appropriate for their age group.
Please have players bring a clean change of shoes, baseball mitt, helmet, and bat.
