Work in progress
California District 30 started and played its first games in 1953 at Santa Ana High School. The following year it became North and South Santa Ana playing its games at the Santa Ana Bowl, Eddie West Field. The Little League played in the South East corner of the facility and the Orange Lionette's played in the North East corner of the facility. South Santa Ana Little League played at Memorial Park. In 1954 District 30 was formed into 4 Leagues. North East, North West, South East, and South West and the rest is history. (Denny Curran February 24, 2006)
