2.     Waivers
        a.     Out of Boundary – Cover the process
        b.     12yr old playing AAA
        c.      No waiver for 11 yr old in AA, Frown upon – no if league age 6
        d.     All waivers must be approved by charter committee

3.     Taxes Due Feb 13, 2025 – Don’t be late

4.     Scorecard
        a.     All Leagues are chartered
        b.     All but one league has confirmed officers
        c.      Only 3 leagues (TW – VP – TE) have safety plans due 1/24 - $350 Fine
                 i.      MP & NS are in progress
        d.     NO teams have uploaded constitutions. – Need to be in ASAP
                i.      North Sunrise in progress waiting approval

5.     Scorekeeping Clinic – Jason Johnson – Feb 15 @ Santiago at 6:30pm
        a.     Scorebooks are still available if needed

6.     Safety Meeting – Jeff Key – Jan 21 at Santiago at 7pm

a.     First Aid Kits - $11 – Email order to Kent by 1/19/25

7.     Background Checks?

8.     AEDs – Sant – MP – NS - Orange

9.     Angel Day Meeting – Denny Curran – Jan 23 @ NESALL at 7pm     MEETING CANCELED

10.Upper Division Meeting – Saturday, Jan 18 @ NESALL at 12:30pm
       a.     Meet with D30 teams after review the Waldron Field Fundraiser

11.Continue registrations even if need a wait list. – Especially for Upper Div

12. Rosters must be in by March 15 to Williamsport and email copy to Kent

13.  Interleague rules must be agreed upon and signed off and to me prior to February 20.  If I don’t have a copy no games shall be played.

14. Make sure All Star selection process is clearly communicated to league

16. District 30 Umpires mechanics clinic at South Sunrise 8am – 2pm.
       a.     $65 per league
       b.     Less than 10 league fee is $100.
               i.      Each manager “should” attend
