Where do registration fees and donations go?

Each season, your registration fee and donations support Crown Colony’s operations and field maintenance. As you may know, Crown is a nonprofit organization that owns and leases its fields and has full maintenance responsibilities. All other leagues play on municipally-owned baseball fields and have some or no maintenance duties as part of those arrangements. In the spirit of transparency, we are sharing the following information about how we apply your registration fees and donations.

25% Field maintenance and game preparation

13% Administration and utilities

12% Player insurance

10% Uniforms

5% New playing equipment purchases

5% Field insurance

0% Board members (volunteers, not paid)

0% Coaches (volunteers, not paid)
