Scholarship Information
Part of the Crown Colony Baseball mission is to empower the youth of today with the skills necessary to succeed, not just within sports, but in life as well. Our program is available to the entire community. Our goal is that no one is turned away from our program because of their inability to pay the full cost of the required fees.
Our scholarship program is funded 100% by donations and registration fees. Scholarship and financial assistance is based on family size, household income and financial situation. Awarding and renewal of the scholarship is subject to the availability of funds. All awards are valid for the season for which it was awarded, after that you must reapply. All requests for assistance will be kept confidential and ask that should you receive assistance you do the same.
Assistance will be granted primarily on the basis of financial need. Crown Colony Baseball believes in a strong sense of ownership and pride. Therefore, applicants will be asked to pay a portion of program fees.
Please provide the following documents:
1. Completely fill out the
Crown Colony Baseball Scholarship Application Form
and return it to the address below.
2. A letter to Crown Colony Baseball explaining your current financial situation and reason for requesting aid.
Review of your application may take up to seven (7) days. You will be notified by email of the decision and amount of scholarship. If you do not have an email address then you will be notified either by phone or postal mail. Completion of this application does not guarantee approval of financial assistance. Crown Colony Baseball will decide the eligibility of each request on an individual basis. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
