#3 - Please upload a picture of your child and a copy of their proof of birth (passport or birth certificate) directly to your online account- INSTRUCTIONS HERE
#6 - With the same instructions as #5 scroll down to the bottom and you will see a section where you can upload the documents to your account that you filled out above (steps #1-#4) . Once this is completed your player will be verified.
