COVID-19 Related Instructions for Games

Please find the appropriate information for ALL GAMES at St. Benedict's Prep and please do not hesitate in contacting us if you have any questions.

Facility Guidelines

     - Players must be carded with specific club/team   
     - CSA Newark will use Jimmie Wandling and Kieran Patrick as lead/contacts for all matters relating to COVID-19
     - Players and staff will be required to record their temperature at home prior to attending games.
     - Players or staff must report a high temperature (>100.4 degrees F) and/or any symptoms.
     - Hand sanitizer stations will be available at entry and exit points to the field.  Contact surfaces will be disinfected after each session.
     - No signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days and have no known exposure to someone that has been ill in 14 days.
     - Have no above normal (less or equal to 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit) temperature readings; temperature checks should be conducted by players and their families prior to attending training. 

Social Distancing on Arrival & Departure: 
     - Players should wear masks as they arrive and immediately after the game. 
     - Players and coaches are advised to wear masks on sidelines.
     - Drop off and pick up is at 110 William Street, Newark, NJ (the double gates leading immediately onto the field)
     - Players will NOT be allowed to enter through the school on MLK Jr Blvd.

Parents: 
It is great that parents want to watch and support, but at this point, NO non-players or non-carded coaches will be allowed in the school grounds.  Parents should follow the necessary guidelines outside the facility:

     - There is limited space outside the fences to watch the game
     - Maintain social distancing OUTSIDE the facility and school grounds
     - Wear appropriate face covers
     - Adhere to the drop-off and pick up points
