The Almaden 11s all-star team won both the District 12 tournament and the California Section 5 tournament. Almaden defeated Quito, Saratoga,, Branham Hills and Willow Glen to get to the playoffs. They defeated Union in the semi-final and Cambrian Park in the Championship game to qualify for the Section 5 tournament.
