- January 24 - Evaluations for baseball Majors, AAA, and AA. Majors field @ Greystone Park
- January 25 - Evaluations for softball 12u, 10u, and 8u. Simonds Elementary
- January 31 - Baseball Makeup evaluations Majors field @ Greystone Park
- February 1 - Softball makeup evaluations at Simonds Elementary
- February 1st: Make-up Evaluations for Majors, AAA, AA, 14U, 12U and 10U)
- February 5th: FREE coaches clinic at the
KPI facility
- 1st week February: Draft Majors/12u/AAA/10u/AA/8u
- 1st week February: Coaches meeting
- 2nd week February: team notifications
- February 27: Coaches Social
- Late February: Field Cleanup Day
- March 1: Umpire Clinic: Majors field @ Greystone Park
- March 7: First week of games!
