Tournament Book Training

Assembling Tournament Books does not have to be hard. The key is knowing what data is needed, howe the forms work together to tell the story of a player's eligibility. Each year, District 3 holds a Tournament Book Training to help make this as easy as a process as possible. The challenge is that more need to attend this to learn what to do and more importantly, what not to do. Please join us on May 13th at 7:00pm via Zoom.

Who is this training for: Anyone assembling a Tournament Book. Ideally, this is not the Team Manager or Coach, or even the Team Mom. It should be a member of your Local Board as they should have all of the data and are the ones that allowed the player to play the regular season based on being eligible. But we know that in many cases, others work on these books also.

We recommend the league Player Agents and/or Secretary attend the training as well as any coach or parent that will be responsible for assembling the book.
