REFUND POLICY
The policy of the NORTH CENTRAL LITTLE LEAGUE is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee (equal to the registration late fee) will be issued.
Prior to sanctioned games or practices, if an "Out of Boundary" family is identified as having registered, they will be asked to leave the league unless no program is available to them in the league from the boundary where they live. A refund will be issued less $10.00.
PRIVACY POLICY
NORTH CENTRAL LITTLE LEAGUE only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. NORTH CENTRAL LITTLE LEAGUE handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of NORTH CENTRAL LITTLE LEAGUE, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
