REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Participation on an All Star Tournament team comes with required paperwork to certify player eligibility. These requirements are non-negotiable and governed by Little League International Tournament rules.

RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SHARED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PLAYER AGENT BYJUNE 5, 2025.

FOR PLAYERS WHO WERE SELECTED TO A 2024 ALL STAR ROSTER, THE LEAGUE HAS YOUR PRIOR D9 APPROVED PAPERWORK AND THIS STEP IS NOT NECESSARY. 

1. Residency Forms - there are two available options:

Option A - School Enrollment Form - click here to access
Access, print and bring the players school for school administration validation and signature.

Falls LL in-boundary schools include:  Cascade View Elementary, Fall City Elementary, Chief Kanim Middle School.  
We realize that in some instances your player might attend a different school, or be homeschooled, but your home address resides within Falls LL boundary. If that is the case for your player, you will need to complete the requirements listed for Option B.  

Option B - Three (3) Documents containing the full residence which includes parent(s) or court-appointed guardian(s) name, street address, city, state, and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1, 2024 and February 1, 2025. ONE or more documents is required from EACH of the three groups outlined below.

2. Original Birth Certificate
Should your player be selected to an All Star roster, you are required to supply (1) original birth certificate to the player agent (Natalie Ritchie or Caitlyn Zavaglia) by June 5, 2025.




PLAYER AVAILABLITY REQUIREMENTS

The All Star season selection includes additional time commitments.  All players who submit for roster consideration, understand and agree to the following requirements.

BASEBALL & SOFTBALL

  • Player is available and willing to attend all practices on all scheduled days between June 1 and throughout the month of July 2025 – depending on player age and success of team in advancing through multiple Tournament rounds.
  • Player is available and willing to participate in all Warm Up Tournament(s) and game(s) per designated age range.
  • Player is available and willing to participate in all District 9 Little League Washington Tournament Games, and should team advance, all Washington Little League State Tournament games per designated age range.

MINIMUM PLAYING TIME REQUIREMENTS

Understanding All Stars Mandatory Play Requirements

  • Little League International has revised Tournament rules and requires all teams to have one continuous batting order of all players. 
  • There is no minimum playing time in the field.
